For The General Public
The food hall is open to the general public 7 days a week. Order from the various food counters, online, or our ghost restaurant offerings.
THE KITCHEN
For Food Entrepreneurs
Utilize our incubator kitchen space to start, grow, or expand your food business, operate a ghost restaurant, increase your brand presence and more.
SPACES & EVENTS
For The Public
Attend curated events held by our incubator members or rent a space to hold a private event of your own. Events are serviced by our preferred network of businesses.
DREAM IT
The Dream IT membership provides services for entrepreneurs, artists, or creators to express their ideas or talents without a large burden of financial responsibility.
DREAM WALL
Community, Street art may appear silent. However, when looking at art it can scream, yell, or speak to you in many ways than one without having any audible sound. Welcome to the Dream Wall. A permanent permission art wall. Our hope is our Community Art Wall allows local Elgin artists to express themselves through meaningful art that produces conversation and promotes creativity within our community.

- This means you must have permission to paint!
- Please respect local businesses and our neighbors
- No obscene graffiti in the plaza
- All ages are welcomed
- This is a safe place for the community
- Anyone who doesn’t have consent is subject to arrest
- Once the rules are broken you will no longer be welcomed to paint
