For eight weeks, these start-up owners attended weekly classes held at their Newly Remodeled offices also located with the Dream Hall learning to prepare a foodservice business plan, followed by six weeks of practical hands-on experience in the Dream Kitchen.
Following their pop-up events, the business owners will have two weeks to finalize their business plan and prepare a presentation for potential investors.
Dream Kitchen EDU is a partnership between Dream HUB President Kevin Echevarria; Sybil Ege, formerly of the Elgin Community College Small Business Development Center; and John Richards, a 25-year veteran in Consumer Packaging Group.
